Been having pain in right knee since wednesday. Could be the DL I did on monday. Anyway the Squat was without pain, so I hope pain eventually goes away.

Right knee fairly ok, left even better. I work with two young crossfit women, and yesterday we had a sort of work and leisure day, so we did a kind of 2hours escape-prisoner place with 30 different boxes or rooms to get out from with the help from logic, smartness and athletic skills. I was totally wasted efter that, it was fun and I enjoyed their company, they had so much energy, I felt just old. I was lucky they loved the physical skills part, I didnt.
I have never heard of one using physical skills, that's cool!
