Got some pain in low back after last rep, so I quit after that. Been feeling quite tired and headache a little coughing, no fever for about 4days. So I think its ok to train, also been working. This Corona problem is really disturbing.

Plan was 3x3, so this was ok, started to overthink the last sets rep. I sometimes do that, cant recommend it, its a case of not doing the routine in the same way every time. Damn mind that cant keep the cool.

A little scared about the last set, had a lot of sore stiffness in my lower back after the last DL 4 days ago. This is not ”heavy” so I took a chance. Tomorrow will tell?

I hear you on the boring aspects of home training. It takes a strong mind to keep getting after it.
