First day of training since april -20. Its beginner LP ABA program, its always fun, fast progress but have to go slow beacause of Doms. Been eating shitty fast food so Im up about 6kg to 106,5 kilo on a length of 179cm. Anyway its nice to be back and start to read all your training logs.
    Squat

    Press
    20x5x3 left tricep screaming
    DL
    40kgx5
    60kgx5
    80kgx5
    This was fun.
So Geezer back, soon (4dec) Im 69yo. Stronger than ever, I hope.

Had a thief in the basement of our house, stole my rubber bands so no chins. He/she also stole two pairs of shorts, a chart over Stockholm arkipelag from 2004 and two shitty clocks in my gym. Im thinking of makin a big sign in entrence. Thiefs will be killed at sight and buried in the woods. Also had my gasoline tank stolen from the boat. So Im really pissed.

You mean the thief did not steel your expensive jewelry or your stash of cash? Well, at least you have those.

Good to see you back and at it...doms and all. We were only out for three months but it's great to be back.
