Hamstrings better, not so stiff and painful. But knees are crunching and crackling. I sit back as much as possible during squat to save the knees.
Thank you all for the support. We are now talking with our landlord to change the code for the entrancedoor. As a first step. We think its some from our neigbouring houses, there are 4 more with 4 apartments in each house. Its stupid to have the same code in all five houses. We think We know whos done it but cant prove it.

This was perhaps to easy, but anyway, now Im waiting for my ordered rubberbands for chins.
Its always better to get some lifting in, rather than watching TV.
Thats probably more true than ever, I noticed getting older is getting lazy. So getting at least a couple of sets with some decent weight is better than doing nothing on my lazy ass.
