Well here it gets light at around 6 to 7am and still warm and bright most the time. The covid does put a damper on things but I just stay home mostly and work on the house or chill out. After working all my life I do not miss getting out and going all the time. For me I built a workout/guitar room in a corner of my garage with a couple of windows so it's nice an bright most the time.

I was feeling sick this morning, really odd. Checked temp, ok, checked blodpress, ok, checked puls hmm a little raised 95 beats resting. I thought this is covid. Never felt so weird before. But did do my 4hour video worksession by the computor. Feeling better now, but I did skip training today. See ya.

Used the belt for first time, no problem, felt safe. Did a fairly good grind on the last rep of the bench. Feeling ok so far no covid.
Now its protein, trying to eat proteinpowder, takin around 65gr a day, bought a expensive brand and its easier to taste and digest. The stomach is slowly getting used to it, its been a month now. I hope it helps, I also have to eat more meat. Now I think I eat a total of around 150gr a day. So my plan is to get 200g/day.
