Ive been a lazy cat the last couple of days, nu training, I think its some kind of light cold. Reading a book I can recommend, ”The spy and the traitor” by Ben Macintyre.
A true spy story from the cold war.

    Friday
    1/1-20
    Squat
    97,5kgx5
    Press
    43kgx5x3
This was the third try and a tied press 3x5 PR, its from -17, Ive checked my notations five years back. Hard slow grind, I did a layback, it seems to help.

Hmm, I checked my book and in nov -18 I did 105kgx5x3
So not that far, I hope.
Then my left leg started hurting, got a x-ray of hip and lower back, no serius problem there. Then my knees started hurting. Long story short, today Im ok, thats good. Probably because I continued lifting.
But man, I am tired without Go during these troubling times. Waiting for the light, its been raining for almost two month now.

97.5 to 105kg is not that much so you are staying pretty close to your past max so that's good. It's good to keep lifting as long as we are able. We need to stay as strong as we can.

Raining for two months? Damn are you going need an arc? The animals aren't lining up in pairs are they?

Tied PR from april -16, checked my notes and it seems I done a lot of triples and singles since then. Strange programming, I can see that in retrospect. Thats my learning process, slow.
    Bench

All is well, the NLP continues.
