Pulled with hookgrip and chalk. I could feel some big rounding of the lower back during last rep. At the same time, I really wanted it, and my legs could carry the weight. Really nice, its several years since last time.

One fiver with moderate layback. Its a quite technical stunt, its hard to do repeatedly. So I only dare to try it once on last fift rep. Im also working, a lot, or more than I should, so time and motivation to train is changing. Plan is now to do one lift a day. Its getting heavier so recovery is also more delicate.

Yes, lol, and there should be a law against shitty a pension. So I really like the cash it gives me, and it helps me stay alert in my head. But sometimes its more than enough[emoji3061]
I like long restperiods between sets. So one lift takes time as two lifts before, when I was a full time employed.

Knees fairly ok. Used the tubow during warmups. Lift was agonizing heavy during first set, then it gets easier until the last rep wich is a f..... execution of willpower.
