    Yes, Fred
Sometimes, now that it gets heavy, former PR squat is 105kgx5x3 my plan is two squats with one higbar (lightday) and one heavy per week.
My problem is Im lazy, so I try least amount of work but I still want to get some progress. I put my effort in eating and sleeping a lot. Lazy cat, thats me.

That sounds like a good plan to me even the eating and sleeping a lot. Those are your gains. The least amount of work I understand is the minimum effective dose (MED) recommended for us older lifters. I also read somewhere that a coach said his better lifters were lazy away from the weights so it sounds like you know what you are doing. Good luck with your training!

Good, now I know the word, MED, thats the trick. Im again, getting close to the ending of NLP. The press movements needs attention. Been reading in ”The Barbell Prescription” page 223 The Intermediate Master, there is an program att page 228-229 I think, may help in creating a program for myself. Have you seen it?

    Saturday
    16/1-20
    Bench
    76kgx5,5,4
    Boff 70x5x2
Now its the end of the easy phase.
Need more stress to recover from, but not to much. Just as the MED prescribes. Did backoffs today when I missed the last rep.

Nice with text, thanks. I have the book, its probably Andy Baker writing. The same man in barbell rx.
Im a little in to fives, but need to have the triples and backoffs as a lighter option. I checked my former programming, and I can see some bad programming, if I could I would fire myself :-)

Just joking, its a kind of obsession around protein. Its a lot of checking to get my over 200gr each day, stuff it in every 3-4 hour.[emoji123]
