New program, the 3x5 is to hard for me. So I try 5x5 ascending
Not so beat up, its a good feeling, to feel more motivated to train instead of resting. I hope its not to much cut back on intensity and I start to regress, In that case I can always crank up to two topsets.
I watched the youtubefilm and ive probably seen it before. Its always good to repeat for learning and rememberance.
I am glad that it is working out for you and like you said you can always add more work.
