    I would go to subscriptions and check to see if they are all set the same. I'm about to post...see if it shows up.

    How did you like it? Looks more fun than 3 sets across once they get heavy.

    Not so beat up, its a good feeling, to feel more motivated to train instead of resting. I hope its not to much cut back on intensity and I start to regress, In that case I can always crank up to two topsets.
    I watched the youtubefilm and ive probably seen it before. Its always good to repeat for learning and rememberance.

    starting strength coach development program
    I wrote to one of the SS gym owners that has many "mature" trainees. He said he uses 5 ascending sets with good results.
