Raised 2,5kg and still consider it a light day with the triples. But the fourth set was heavy. All this snow made it useless to drag the sled. So my cardio is lagging. Got all windy. But now the weather is changing, its getting warmer and the snow will melt away.
I wished I was where you are with the squats. I am struggling.

Following plan, next week a fiver.
Had to grunt some on the last rep, heavy feeling. Then after about five minutes of rest, a new thought comes up, I can do it again, its not ”that” heavy.
Winter and snow disapeared in a about five days, its spring in the southern part of sweden acording to meteorologists, 5 days in a row with temp over freezing point. They say winter is not coming back, beacause then it has to be 5days under freezing point. Never been this varm at this time of year in the last several hundred years.
