    The fift rep scared me in advance, so I worked myself up to do it.
    Its true, its a lot mental, the last two reps of a five. I checked my former notes from 2017. Ive done a lot of 1-3rep sets before on weigths 105–112kg. Cant remember why I never did fives, I was probably afraid.

    Had I managed the last rep, it would have been a new pr. But three pr in one week is probably too much to ask for.
    Took a nice 40 minutes walk around in the pasture land, the animals is still in the barn. Sun shining and a couple of degrees over 0 celsius. No snow left.

    Same as last time missed last rep. I think I have to press/bench more frequent to get a new PR. I ordered a Ohio Bar, plan is to Warmup the press or bench during deadlift so the two lifts gets done faster. Waiting for the bar, its been a week now, maybe by the end of the week. Its shipping from Belgien.
