    Good luck with the new bar. It sure is hard to tell if we're not doing enough work or too much. From what I've been reading in my case (71yo),recovery tends to be a problem.

    Its a Rogue Echo bar, the cheapest bar.

    No shaky legs. Only problem was hookgrip, had to adjust it before the last rep. So next third week might turn in to a 5rm PR.

    Just tried my new Echobar 29,5mm,
    felt different then my Eleiko comp 28mm aggressive knurling bar, nicer knurling. So this will be my pressing bar. This was a bad day, mentally and strengthwise. Made a backoff to punish myself for not making at least a 4rep.
