You and Bergstrom are good fun. Regarding the grip. Before the pandemic I could hook grip up through 315. Then I would have to do reverse grip. Now I can only hold a hook grip through 295. Then I resort to the reverse grip. When I do Sully starts yelling at me because the left side of the bar tends to drift away from my leg.

Before the pandemic I lifted 375 now I'm back to 320 but adding 5 pounds twice a week. In 6 weeks I hope to start setting a few PRs. We will see.

That much, more than I could guess, impressive.
Far ahead of me. So far I raise 5 lbs every third week. But then I do 3-5rep, so 6month, but then you probably pull around 200k
My first aim is a 5@150k
    Good luck Carson.

I hope my hookgrip gets better. It was slipping away a little during during last rep, it should adapt like everything else, I hope. Reversed drifts for me to and its hard for my small hands. And I have none yelling at me.

I have done 150k x 5 but that was a couple of years ago. If I ever reach 200 k x 1 I will be shocked. 184 k is my goal which I may or may not reach this year. At some point, and I'm trying to keep away from it, I will not be able to make any PRs. I really don't like growing old. But someday I will give into it voluntarily or not.
