    Sully just let us know that he has been exposed to someone with covid and will be in quarantine for the next 3 sessions. I must go to some gym and lift on my own.

    at this point I think we've all been exposed to someone, but given his position and the demographic there I guess it is prudent to err on the side of caution

    Thats bad news carson, first you have to find a gym, be safe from covid-19 and lift without Sully yelling in the background. Just joking.

    Last rep went up slow and smooth.
    Having som soreness in left hip, glute and down outside and rear thigh. Had it before, took x-rays and it showed no alarming signs. So when I stopped lifting last spring and it went away after a3-4 month. I didnt stop because of pain but work load. Om not sure how to handle it.
    Its not acute so I continue train.
