Last rep went up slow and smooth.
Having som soreness in left hip, glute and down outside and rear thigh. Had it before, took x-rays and it showed no alarming signs. So when I stopped lifting last spring and it went away after a3-4 month. I didnt stop because of pain but work load. Om not sure how to handle it.
Its not acute so I continue train.
Nice pr! Maybe soak in a hot tub for your problem?
