    31/3-21
    Bench
    79kgx3x5
Been stuck for awhile on 78kg. Had to do something when I after several sessions couldnt make 3x5. So choice was, go down, stay or go up. Reason I train is to get strong, how do I get strong?
Hmm, more weight on the bar. I hope it helps.

I find that pausing for a nanno second helps me. I was letting it drop for a couple of inches and lost some strength. I thought I was bouncing it or something. Sully recommended a very slight pause and works to keep me tight and I can lift more.

paused bench is great! my shoulders used to click after bench, it not a big thing but then i kinda losing my grip...spoon fell off during meals. YIKES!
then i did paused bench and the clicks are gone and my grip are back to normal. but hey, everybody is different, might be the way i bench that causing all that.
just want to share my thought.

    cheers carson!

I wonder, do you keep the tension in the muscles or do you relax it all during the paus?
I tried relaxin but that made it awful hard.
I also did somwhere between 2-3sec paus, how long do you take?
