No training today, I was a lazy cat this evening, it got to late, I do it tomorrow. Just sayin it so I have to live up to it tomorrow.

Bailed on the fourth rep. I wasnt up for it this time. Loaded 150 for a test, and waited for maybe 15min. Pulled on the bar for maybe 3sec, couldnt move it, felt this tickling sensation in my face, probably started going red, so I gave it up.
150 is my long time goal 1rep PR.
And of course, at last, I must report, I will get my first shot on monday.

The 100x5 was the hardest set.
I was worried before the 112,5x4 set but no need to, the fourth rep was manageable. I even did some barbell curls to celebrate.
