Enjoying to decide on the numbers while lifting. It was fun. Something I thought I never would say about the Deadlift.
We should be able to enjoy this activity. It should not be like hell to do all the tme. Still walk into a store an see how many our age can do this.

Been having a awful pain since saturday, in left hip/back/leg. Hard to walk without limping. Saving my squat for today since it seems to get better over time. So this is a test lift.
