    We should be able to enjoy this activity. It should not be like hell to do all the tme. Still walk into a store an see how many our age can do this.

    And for us (slightly) younger folks, some of us do the same, looking around the store while we shop and taking stock of (mostly) what we don't want to become. Keep at it, gentlemen!

    Been having a awful pain since saturday, in left hip/back/leg. Hard to walk without limping. Saving my squat for today since it seems to get better over time. So this is a test lift.
