    Testing after a week off with back/hip pain.
    Its getting better and I might try some DL/Squat this weekend or next week.
    At the same time Sweden is at the moment failing really bad in hockey. Im in a state of hurting bad.

    It sucks when your back hurts even when you do benchs. I know. Heres hoping you get better. Just keep up the R&R.

    R&R, that was a long time ago, to old for that, but I might try some cool Jazz time.

    Back is better so I tried a reduced intensity lift, just test, it felt heavy. Now its waiting time to see how the back reacts tomorrow. I think I have be more precise with my back position, to keep it neutral and not over extend.
