17 days since last squat. I hope hip/back hold together. No evil pain so far. No strain.
Finland lost the final against Canada, bad luck.

Not much, its a holiday, flags on poles, some wave with flags and celebrate the royal family outside the castle and some nationalists freak want to protest against immigrants and jews and whatever they consider a threat to the sweden white race. But this year its the covid so not much happened as I noticed.

Good to see you lifting Lars. How are you determining what weights to lift on your "maintenance" program?

Well, by thinking, easy but heavy enough to keep me around 80-100% of my max. Mentally I want it to feel as a funny thing to lift. I dont usually enjoy lifting heavy for maxes. I really hate it, but its like cleaning the bathroom. It must be done.

I was feeling a strange tickling in my throat, maybe Im getting sick, so I decided to just do some singles to keep the motion going. Suddenly it was time for a PR, surprised I was.[emoji3060]
