    Thanks, Mr. Bingley
In just checking in on my blog to see how long its been since my last lift. To long, its 4weeks, compared to my plan with Backoff training during summer. Having a great time, hot as hell, been sailing some with my son and now Im travelling to the north country, in hope for some cool breeze. But its the same heatwave here.
Training seems so far away for the moment. Good luck to you all with your summertraining, I will be back later.

I hope your having fun. Somehow I've kept motivated to train. Doing one or two lifts when I can. I may not be improving much, but no pain and not too tired. I'm sure you'll be back when the time is right.

Yep, I be back, when it gets cold and rainy. Dont know when, but sooner than later. Have a plan to get a online coach during winters 3-6 month. Want to make a big check on the three big, diet, technic and programming.
Need to save some money to afford it. Well see how that ends up.[emoji106]
    See you later!
