    Doing NLP in kg two times a week with ascending fives
    Up to
    Squat 5x60
    Bench 5x60
    DL 5x100
    Knees creaky, else ok.

    Having a hard time motivate myself to slowly go on protein/carbs/fiber low fat regiment, and later also with a deficit in energy.
    More on that later.
