Mm, I just ate my last bacon, signed up for Santanas wheights and plates diet course. Three weeks now.
So bye bye happiness from fat food.
Slowly getting the hang of it, not really there yet. Today I found a app for register by scanning the food.
Spending hours in grocery stores searching for fatfree fiberrich and protein densed food. Wish me luck!

    Thanks Fred
Im down 1k to 105, thats a good start. Even though I been eating out three times. Since friday. The App is a problem learning but once I get the hang of it its ok.
Yes I think hes the right man for the job, seems to have a lot of patience. Took one 6000steps walk yesterday, I find it disturbingly boring.
My bench goes up good. Today I aim for 70kg. Squat is lagging aim for 60k today. Next week its 110k for dl and35k for the press.
    Have nice sunday Fred.

I find walking boring too, unless it's to get someeplace. Good look with the new eating plan.

Default 57bergstrm an elderly beginner log

    21/11-21
Reporting in this week. Ascending fives.
    Squat 65kgx5
Doing fivekg raises. Ouch tired. Starting with 2,5 raises next week
    Press 35kgx5
    DL 112,5x5
    Bench 70kgx5
Tried 72,5?today just couldnt do one rep. Time for 1kg raises perhaps
Weightloss failure, up 0,5 kg but waist down 2cm.
    Its probably a good sign
    105,5kg/119cm
When I deloeded the bar after the bench I noticed I missloaded, 5k instead of 2,5k weights, no wonder it came crushing down. Luck is a spotterarm, it saved me. I love my garage gym[emoji3590]

    I hate walking / jogging

I use the Airdyne for low / medium intensity cardio, and am back playing Squash once a week (as much as my knee allows).
