Following my diet and slowly down now 3,5kg
Doing my progression but much left, today DL 120kg and Squat (only) 82,5kg
Bench 65kg working on form and press40kg heavy for me, done one 4-rep. Doing two lifts three times a week. Alternating Squat/bench and DL/press.
I plan to go digital coaching for the lifts and end the three month of diet coaching now that I getting the hang of it.
Im loosing 0,5kg a week thats also the plan. That app is a real friend, it works surprisingly well. Low fat, high carb and protein and up with the fiber intake.
Weight today is 102,5
Goal 90kg or twohundred pounds in yankee talk.
So Im back to the account, had a problem with logging in. It came from me using the Tapatalk app. It worked fine until it didnt, and also the the twofactor login got messed up. But Stef helped out. Now Im back the old style webb wise at the forum. My I really loved the Tapatalk and now its gone.
I have to adjust to the old webbstyle of posting.
Any way I had a 10 days covid-19 thing.

No training for a week. My diet got a little distorted from Ice-cream, that's good when throat is sore.
Tomorrow I will start a test session.
