Continuing weight down total of 8kg, Im now down to 98kg, now lifts and weightloss are mowing slow.
Lifts DL 120kgx5, Squat 77,5x5, bench 58kgx5, press 37x5
A lot of adjustment in form and backing off on weights in the pushlifts. The big lifts slowly up, my DL is my best lift according to my coach Santana.

Well, thanks, its going kind of slow, now Im back to 3x5 in squat and coach is taking over all programming. There will be some more press, chins and rows and less squat and dl. So will see how that works weightloss is on a stop for now. Hope you doing fine Mr. B

Back again, had to quit my online coaching due to economic reasons.
So Im back to the forum. Now Im down to 94kg thats 12kg down with the help of a app. Its hard to get stronger, but my form is better on all lifts after working withcoach, just have to keep filming and keep myself from drifting away to much.

I sure know how hard it is to keep working out and trying to loose weight. I'm 72 and seem to have hit the spot Riip wrote about, just maintaining is now my goal. I do know it is better than doing nothing
