Yes I find retirement a bless, I work parttime to keep up having car, boat and summerhouse, all old and shabby but still working, need something to do while retired, apart from training of course.🤓

Followup
Travelling by car up north as usual this time of year, my plan is to train and try to stay on my plateu weighing around 94-95kg.
And stay on my weights over the summer,
Dl 120x3x2
Bench 66x5x4
Squat 85x4-5
Press 40x3x2
I also do chins and closegrip BP
Program is three days a week
Day1
Squat max 1x5
Backoff 2x5
Press Max 2x3
Backoff 2x3
Day 2
Bench 4x5
Chins 3xmax
Day 3
DL/Rackpull alternating 1x5 (2x3) when I feel weak
Closegrip bench
4x5
I will try to push the weights up, my weightloss has been a disaster, lost around 10-20% in weights lifted compered to last year. But then I did a layoff over summer for about 4month. I will never let myself do that again I promised myself. Hope to keep that promise.

Just reporting in weight loss, down to 92,1kg thats 14 kg loss.
Lifting is suffering did 120kg on DL today and a double on 80k squat.
I say I lost about 30% on all the lifts. Thank you all for support
And good luck with your numbers👍
