Sunday 4/9-22
Back after summer just spinning the wheels with lifting two times a week. Squat/bench and DL/cgbp.
So now its my usual weekly practice, 3days+1cardio walking for an hour+.

Restarting after 14days off. Working on my diet so Im in a calorie deficit for 10 month.
It affects my liftweights badly wich in turn a is a motivational problem. But Im comitted to at least get down to BMI 25 and a waist under 100cm, maybe more.
Im 70yo so I need to think of my cardiovascular health as well as my knees and hips.

Easy does it I hope.
On calorie deficit, så no heavy big lifts and focus on upper body.
Glad to hear you are doing good. I went from 96.2kg in mid-June down to 88kg this morning so I know about lifting lower weights as I have been losing weight along with other problems but don't let that deter you as you will make progress regardless. Good luck with your program.
