    You are doing great with the weight loss. My weight dropped to 91kg this AM and plan on about 5kg more. Time will tell. Keep up the good work.

    I know this site is all about the lift numbers, but at my age I'm happy to maintain and keep my BP in check.

    Yes and I think this training helps with that.

    I think it's good that people add notes to their logs to help explain why their "numbers" are either good or bad that day.

    Sunday 4/9-22
    Back after summer just spinning the wheels with lifting two times a week. Squat/bench and DL/cgbp.
    So now its my usual weekly practice, 3days+1cardio walking for an hour+.
    Squat
    70kgx5
    Restarting after 14days off. Working on my diet so Im in a calorie deficit for 10 month.
    It affects my liftweights badly wich in turn a is a motivational problem. But Im comitted to at least get down to BMI 25 and a waist under 100cm, maybe more.
    Im 70yo so I need to think of my cardiovascular health as well as my knees and hips.

    Press has been on standby since beginning of summer.
    Numbers are weight 91kg, waist 106cm, length 179cm.

    Starting new program for the winter. 3days/week
    Easy does it I hope.
    On calorie deficit, så no heavy big lifts and focus on upper body.

    Glad to hear you are doing good. I went from 96.2kg in mid-June down to 88kg this morning so I know about lifting lower weights as I have been losing weight along with other problems but don't let that deter you as you will make progress regardless. Good luck with your program.
