Nice at 200lb bodyweight. The strength should come up as you maintain.

I really hope so, my plan is low and slow raise with backoff weeks, I hope that will help me be consistent over the year with summer as a big challenge, I always get tired in spring from heavy weights and lose interest in lifting. Then its to start all over in fall. I plan to change that bad habit next summer. This summer I did continue and it feels much better at the moment. I hope all is well with you Fred.

Those back off weeks sound like a good plan Lars. Feeling over tired is not good for training and recovery.

Myself I am on the mend and getting better little by little thanks. I just had a cardio ablation week before last so for now things are moving up slowly.
