    Had a hard weekend, saturday 9hours of hard work with 11 boat pickups. Its the same thing every year, around 100 boats has to get out of the water during winter. I also done my fift covid shot.

    Right knee is swollen with pain. Todays lift went well, progressing slowly. B-weight the same 91,5kg, thats good, waist seems to go down slowly.

    Yes I will cool down with my lower body training, Still in pain today on Sunday, but the good part it is not worse, so I just wait for recovery to come.
