I'm glad that you got the technical computer stuff figured out. Again, welcome to the forum. Keep up the good work. I think I'm transferring your kgs. to lbs. fairly close. You and I are fairly close. I'm a little ahead of you in DL but the others are pretty close. However, with your relative youth I expect you to pass me in a few months.

Im a slow gainer, and at the same time you are a dedicated lifter, I think your deadlift will catch up eventually.

My DL #s are ahead of yours. The others are about the same as yours.

    Getting closer to a PR

I was tired from thursday heavy day, so I tried something else then I am used to at the end of the session. Hoping to help my weak chins.

    Assist work
Chins with rubberband 3 x 3, It sucks! I will do 5x3 next time.

Barbell rows. Never done rows with barbell before, feels strange but ok.
    30 x 8
    35 x 5
    40 x 6
    45 x 8

    Bar bic.curl
    20 x 5
    20 x 8
    22,5 x 8
    25 x 8

Now its recovery for an extra day until tuesday.
Going to watch my son play rugby today, I really like watching rugby, but to play it, would probably kill me...

Looking good. My chins suck too. I am waiting for my new band to come from Amazon, in the meantime I am using the assist machine which I hate.

I hope you get the right size. It really helps with the band, I have a blue band, I tried it out at the store, maybe I should have bought me a harder band. Without it I can only get my elbows in 90 degrees, thats only halfway up. Thanks for the good word!
