    Back from a four day hiatus thanks to a wicked back injury during squats on Thursday. Surprised it healed up this fast. Workout was good today. Dropped squats down 20lbs from last week to keep focusing on form.

    Squats bar, 95x4, 115x3, 135x3, 185x2, 205x1, 205x5x3

    Bench Press bar 95x4, 135x3, 155x2, 185x5x3

    Deads bar, 135x4, 185x3, 225x1, 275x1, 305x5

    Gotta keep on working

    Thanks love.

    Squeezed this workout in during a trip to North Carolina. Old equipment and I'm almost positive the squat bar was 65 pounds

    Bench bar, 115x4, 135x3, 155x2, 175x2, 180x5, 190x5x3. Finally easy

    Squat bar, 135x3, 185x3, 225x1, 230x5x3, 225x5

    Cleans bar, 95x3, 135x3, 145x3x3

    Pull/chin ups: 3 and 3 holy hell these are hard after a workout

    Check the ends of the bars. Most list their weight in lbs/kgs

    Felt good today. Form felt tight and oddly natural, which is a first. Still probably making mistakes but there will always be room for improvement. Did press followed by squats and deads. Not a good idea. Deads were....dead?
