    Week 9 Day 2, 9/24/2017

    Squat, 210 lbs. x 5 x 3
    Bench Press, 135 lbs. x 5 x 3
    Dead-lift, 285 lbs. x 5

On the 1st rep of the 2nd set of squats I lost my balance near the top and stumbled forward. I reracked the bar, took a breather and then did the set.

Even dialing the weight way back the squats made me incredibly sore but I'm past that now. The school year has begunso the initial challenge is the midweek workout after a 90 minute commute.
I just started back after a layoff that was supposed to be a few weeks and then just kept growing. I look at where I was and where I am and can just say that I'm glad to be back at it. Glad you're back at it as well and good luck to you.
