Training today got derailed by an impromptu wrestling match after my first few squat warm up sets. Came out roughly even and learned I don't know how to wrestle. Felt pretty wrecked after, but following some rest got some low quality work in.

Superset with preparing breakfast for the family.
BB Curls - 90x8x3
Also superset with breakfast. Didn't have much time so this is all I did before the kids woke up.

Didn't go well.
Power Cleans - 135x2
Went even worse.
Definately feeling run down right now between night shifts and sick kids who aren't able to sleep.

Press - 142.5x5x3
Last rep of the second set was a grinder, took a little more rest and the third set went smoother. Almost back up to my stretch reflex press weight with the Press 2.0
LBBS - 305x5x3
Backed off on the weight a bit, due to a couple weeks of inconsistent workout results and poor sleep. Felt hard for dropping the weight 25 lbs, but got it done. Happy that I didn't try to keep pushing the weight up today. I am going to increase weight again in 10 lb. increments so I should be back in PR territory within a couple weeks.

Failed on the fifth rep of the third set so I gave it one more shot to get five reps but still didn't happen.
DL - 345x5
Dropped the weight down because I have been inconsistent with deadlifts recently. Going to increase 10 lbs at a time until I am back where I was.
Chins - BW+20x5x3, BWx7,x5
Repeated with 20 lbs since it has been a while since I had last done weighted chins.

Going to increase in 1 1/4 lb increments from now on.

Light Day.
Curls - 95x8x3
LTE - 85x8, 85x6, 85x4
Have been thinking about my goals for this year, here they are (Current lifts in parentheses):
Hit a 1000 lb total for reps by the end of March (Current total is 900 for sets of 5)
By the end of 2015:
Squat 425 (PR 335x4)
Deadlift 475 (PR 365x5)
Bench 275 (PR 207.5x4)
Press 200 (PR 147x4)
Power Clean 225 (PR 175x5)
Weight in the 210-220 range at <18%BF (Currently 203 lbs at around 21%BF)
I think these goals are attainable, but are going to take some hard work to hit.
