Bridge Day 1
Weird day - weight is coming back down from obese to just kinda fat. Been eating well, feeling good, etc. but the bridge is different....exercises I haven't done in a very long time (or ever) and trying to figure out RPEs at submaximal sets. Very strange. So here we go.
Sq 225*5@6, 265*5@7, 295*5@8
Felt fine, nice to be working submaximal
Close grip bench 175*4@7 190*4@8 200*4@9-9.5.
Last one was heavier than anticipated. I'll get better at RPE
Rack pull 275*5@6 290*7@7 315*7@8
These are heavy, but weird. My rack is a touch higher than midshin but it's what I've got. Also...sets of 7? Wtf? Again, RPE nearly impossible to figure out but I fee alright
I also need to make sure I get sufficient rest between work sets since these are all so submaximal. Here we go!

Went for a long walk in a river yesterday with a fly rod (I won’t call it fishing since I’m not sure there are actually any fish in there) so fatigue was a concern.
