    Not great. A disappointing day.

    Took a quick body fat estimator post gym w a measuring tape...29%. Going to try and cut to get that down to about 18 over the next 4-5 months. Should be about 30 lbs, which puts my goal weight around 195. Seems a touch light, but we'll see how it looks.

    Oddly enough, an awesome day yesterday in the gym despite being a touch tired and developing some sort of URI.

    Nate pointed out that my squat stance looks a touch narrow so I widened it out quite a bit and it made a huge difference, 290 felt really easy.

    I was gassed by this point but eager to try out my new wraps

    Didn't put in volume day, but it was good.
    Took dad to the gym today to F/U on his progress. Went well today.

    How's dad doing? And yeah, put in some work on the chins man (like multiple sets). Nate started in a similar situation and has made huge progress lately.

    Dad hit 120x5x3 sq and did 70x5x5 press. He's strictly pressing now, going to give him another month before I introduce the bench

    Intensity day and I was pretty amped. New gym so things always feel a bit off but it works.

    Fifth one was slow and a grinder but it felt good to finish it.

    The squat took a lot out of me which may be the reason this didn't go great

    starting strength coach development program
    Finally off surgery - getting back into things, starting back with linear progression, trying to fix my squat form (too much posterior ass translation on the way up) and too much knee-in.

    Squat was 185x5x3 yesterday
    Comp Bench 155x5x3
    Press 115x5x3
    Pull 275x5

    Will work up from there.
