Bench: 285x4, 280x4, 275x6, 4, 3. Shoulders hurt and not recovered.
Chins: 10x3
Life is hard. Depressed. Eating and sleeping like shit the past few days. Barely got 2000 calories yesterday. Trying to get 4500 today and no where close.

I am, looking at how quickly you got to these numbers! Take a step back and pat yourself on the back for how far you've come.Life is hard. Depressed.
Thanks to both of you friends. I've come pretty far and I should appreciate that. I've been pretty emotional lately. Not sure why.

If I start getting the heavy tiredness/blues/fuckitalls and a nice hard session of lifting doesn't make things better, I figure I may be on the edge of pushing too hard and then sometimes act accordingly (or stupidly don't just as often). If the session fixes it for awhile I determine it was just life being a dick again.
