    Squat: 380x5x3. I need my mid-week light day, these almost killed me.

    Press: 187.5 x 5, 5, 2, 3. 185 x 5x2. Stability problems.

    Power Clean: 185x3x2, 190x3, 195x3, 200x3. A little bit of splitting last set.

    Also, it turns out I was taking my BCAAs wrong.

    Wasting them is what I get for not educating myself I suppose.

    Squat: 385x5x3

    Bench: 285x4, 280x4, 275x6, 4, 3. Shoulders hurt and not recovered.

    Chins: 10x3


    Life is hard. Depressed. Eating and sleeping like shit the past few days. Barely got 2000 calories yesterday. Trying to get 4500 today and no where close.

    Yes, it said "take regularly", not "rectally".

    Life is hard. Depressed.
    I am, looking at how quickly you got to these numbers! Take a step back and pat yourself on the back for how far you've come.

    Thanks to both of you friends. I've come pretty far and I should appreciate that. I've been pretty emotional lately. Not sure why.

    If I start getting the heavy tiredness/blues/fuckitalls and a nice hard session of lifting doesn't make things better, I figure I may be on the edge of pushing too hard and then sometimes act accordingly (or stupidly don't just as often). If the session fixes it for awhile I determine it was just life being a dick again.

    I think life was being a dick again. But I also think I've been extra emotional lately and life hit me way harder than it should have. Time heals all, anyway. Especially what I can't control, and I'm already feeling better. Thanks Shane
