10 days in Jamaica, only had Smith Machine to play with, plus dumbbells.
Two weeks sick on return, just getting back into daily workouts.

I had seemed to max out my LP progression, so started on Intermediate in January. I had a few weeks basically off between 10 days in Jamaica (limited gym, lots of diving) and two weeks of flu on return. Since then, I'm seeing linear gains and have switched back to three workouts a week. I'll be 59 in a month, 185 lbs, so I'm happy with the numbers at the seven month mark, and will keep going up 5 to 10 pounds a week for now.
