still haven't trained because of some hip pain. My wife is reminding me everyday that I've gotten more fat. I definately fall into INDTFP right now

I'm 5'7. After X-mas binge eating my weight is now 210-212. The hip thing is an old injury from 2002? that likes to act up everyonce in a while.

Caught a cramp in the abs during the first set of squats. While this reminded me to fix my bar position before I killed sets 2 and 3, the pain chicken-shitted me out of during Deadlifts during my deadlift warm up.
* Must be rusty on the press , it has been a while since I've done these, we'll try 140 again soon.
Macros 169P/158C/89F w/11grams fiber 2174 Calories total . Finally going to attempt tracking my diet, I want to maintain similar ratio but eat 3000 calories with more fruit/veg/fiber.

Squats

At the end of my squats both of my arms had pain/numbess shooting from my elbows down. This is similar to what I belt when benching and I wrote it off as golfer's elbow. There is something wrong with either my grip or how I hold up my elbows or even the bar position. Its almost like I cut of blood circulation to my arms. I feel fine now, but it was enough for me to postpone my bench and DL till tomorrow.
Concerns moving forward
*1. For the last 5 weeks I have only avg. 2 training days per week, not sure yet if this is good or bad.
*2. Its been 12 days since I have benched. We'll see how this treats me tomorrow. Knowing me I will still go up in weight.
*3. Been 16 days since I have deadlifted. Same scenario as *2
*4 My schedule is all jacked up now and next semester starts on the 12th. That is the beginning of my 16th week and I was hoping to have some great progress by then.

* Gonna buy shoes and belt (Do-wins and BestBelt)

So pissed, gotta figure out whats wrong with my arms. It can't be an injury because both arms are affected. It has got to be something stupid I did doing squats yesterday.

i think I pinched a nerve in my back somehow. Should take it easy. i have some minor sporatic residual pain that runs down my left arm. I'll give myself one more day off. Tomorrow I will squat and take it from there.

*failed the 5th rep of 2nd squat set. Before I attempted the set I thought about not doing it. Thinking I am injured has had an effect on my motivation. We'll call that an impromptu light squat day for now. Was unintentionally light on the calories for the last 2 days also.
