Not sure if I felt bad for my warehouse guy who got stuck opening up crates by himself or if I was sick of sitting in front of the computer yesterday. But i grabbed the 10 lbs mini-sledge and beat a crowbar with it for 2 hours yesterday before I left work. We took apart 6 crates but ruined my training opportunities for yesterday and today.

Good News: Do Wins arrived in the mail.
I will probably switch to a once per week program, I know this is not ideal because I'm still a novice. If anything at least I can progress slowly or at worst maintain current skill level.
The demand of my current classes will make it tough for me to sneak in week day workouts.
    We'll see how it goes.

Ounce per week program. Do you drill holes in egg shells? I never heard of that. Why such a tiny advance? 2.5 lbs on presses and 5 lbs on the others maybe but one ounce?

LOL! Are you being serious or joking?
One day per week Carson. Time is my enemy, not weight.
I'll get 1 full training day each weekend and squeeze in lifts when I find opportunites during the week. I'll do some on nights after work when I feel good enough and if I get a gap in homework(doubtful). Also, I'll need find a gym close to campus. That way I can lift when my brain is fried between classes on tuesdays and thursdays.

IC. Sorry for the confusion. Looks like a plan. The cold weather here is playing tricks on my brain.

*gonna take some getting used to the new Do-wins. I took a nose dive coming out of the hole ( which is really easy to get into now). At least I know I can trust the safety rails. That was the fastest fail I ever had. I could probably pass out doing squats and be fine. Going forward, I think fixing my knee slide will be key in maintaining balance.

Doing all this in one workout was a grind, probably took me 3 hours. Gonna need more endurance for this. I only did 1 set of chins instead of 3.
