Time to start logging publicly:
Age: 23
Height: ~5'7
Weight: ~175lb
4ish months ago I was 145lb with a 255 deadlift and 180ish squat. I've been mildly athletic my whole life, but never trained. I found Rip's books through Crossfit.
Sunday Dec 7th - Light Squat Day
Squat: 225x5x3
Bench: 165x5 165x4,1 165x5
Power Clean: 140x3x5
Tuesday Dec 9th
Squat: 280x4, x1, x3, x2, x3, x2
Press: 116x5x3
Deadlift: 330x4, x0
I was overthinking it on the squats. I'm trying to get correct depth (not too deep) and keep my chest rising with my hips. Also, they were heavy. I need to eat more.
Deadlift I could have gotten. arg.
