About 2 weeks ago I exhausted my Beta-Alanine. Its absence noticeably affects performance lately.
SQ depth has been fixed, but butt wink is disturbing.

I've got a new job and it takes too much time so far, so I keep my logs offline. On a positive side, this allows me to consume more whey and get a 3" from best belts. But on the other hand, I'm just maintaining these days and consistency degraded significantly. Hope to stabilize my schedule in a few days.
