    happy with this training session, esp squats. i have been fighting a cold, hip pain, etc., but today went well.

    squat 225x5 245x5x3 270x3/4-ish, almost full depth. if i got it it would be a new pr. will get there.
    bench 165x7 175x5 185x3 dips 7 7 6 getting back into dips i love doing them, sometimes my shoulders do, too.
