I skipped 2 workouts! So few lifts, so many excuses. There will be more because I'm going away this weekend. And I didn't even do a full workout tonight. I just built up to a big dl single:
Dl 183kg x 1 - 400 lbs. That's a big PR and a big goal ticked off.
My experience last year was that singles were not so productive for training so I intend to go back to fives.
