Age 39, weight approx 105kg, male. I began starting strength in November 2013 with a 68kg squat. Got this to 135kg 3 x 5 and 158kg single in July 2014. lost my way a bit for the rest of the year trying unsuccessfully to increase my deadlift (best is 170kg x 1) and lose some fat. There was good progress on my power cleans through this period. I saw Paul Horn just before Christmas (was fortuitously visiting LA) where I got my technique critiqued and found some motivation to get back on the wagon.
Goals: do the program. Bench 2 plates. Deadlift 400lbs. Power clean 2 plates. Press 1 plate. Squat 158kg 1 x 5.
