Video review of my deadlift was disapointing. Appears that my lumbar is very rounded. Not sure if it was the angle, the belt .....too fat or if I was actually rounded. I may submit the video for form check....kind of want a better video though.

Dead lifts felt better....I'm using a wider stance and it feels like I can set up better. Set up and position definitely degraded as the set progressed. Throwing sumo in there to break up the monotony. Why not practice both. Sumo definetly does not seem easier even with the shorter ROM
These are the best feeling squats since my return. Everything before this felt super heavy and shitty. This is the same thing that happened last time I had a layoff. Right about 265 ish I got my groove back. Also I think using 10lb jumps makes stuff seem heavier than it is.
I'm also going back to a true lowbar squat depending on how my elbows tolerate it. I'm using a thumbs around grip with my middle finger on the mark. I was trying to do a lowbar highbar hybrid before. I found that the bar seemed to want to creep up my back though and I don't like that.
