deviation from my programming today....mainly because according to my scheduled percentage for press and my lack of micro plates I would have been repeating last weeks weights. I also wanted to see if the increased volume was paying off yet. Its not yet I don't think for the press as far as pushing my 1rm up.

well...500 on the deadlift,405 squat and 315 bench and 225 press. Also I want to do a meet in may. These numbers are longinsh term goals possibly the squat I can get by the new year maybe the deadlift not sure. I could be way off base there. The other lifts are definetly long term.
overall I lift for mental and physical well being and try unsuccessfuly to not get hung up on the numbers

first session of the week and since our move to new house. Moving really beat the shit out of me. Repeating last weeks weights. Only going to get a bench and squat session in this week.

Good things today though had a job interview today and am confident I will be given an offer (interviewer told me unofficially that I would be). Here I come aviation industry!

I think based on where you are right now you need to continue a slow and steady intermediate program and stick with it for at least three months to know if it works - your current program, or TM if you are that butch, or 531, or 8s down to 3s (which I just started), or any of the other programs. Patience is the hardest part which I am struggling with also right now.I'm seriously thinking about running my LP again.....programming ADD wtf
