    Ugh, the whole session was a mess. I'm deeply annoyed that I'm screwing this up already. 270 on Saturday, +5 from there.

    That was hard and I'm tired of being this weak. One way or another I'm going to fix it.

    I had a hard time at 270 as well. Mental block but I overcame it. Somehow 275 felt easier.

    Really thought I would have this after I got 270 5 x 3 on Saturday. I think I just really screwed up the form. I'll get it Thursday.

    Glad to get that, amazing what staying in your hips will do. Still need to focus on depth.

    My form leaves a lot to be desired, but for the first time I'm starting to feel like I can get tight enough, long enough to grind out a hard rep.
